Since my recent complaint to Vitamix, Mr Eddy Hua has been consistently responding to my correspondance via phone and email. He has also made very close follow up on when i could get my new blender, sending me email or texts almost everyday to keep me updated.

I really appreciate his swift action. Today he even deliver my new blender to my house personally. I am very happy with his professionalism and customer service. I hope this blender will last for life!

（吉隆坡）成功多多（BJTOTO,1562,主板貿服組）逆市發光，截至2009年4月30日止財政年淨利上漲17.73%，由前期的3億4866萬3000令吉增至4億1049萬3000令吉。

成功多多全年營業額也增加12.75%，自32億7779萬7000令吉攀至36億9568萬6000令吉。

成功多多大方回饋股東，除了建議派發每股11仙第4次中期股息、每股19仙第一次中期股息，也會以“14送1”比例配送8971萬股庫存股，以4.96仙股價計，這項庫存股價值達31.07仙，這意味著這間公司股東將享有每股高達61.07仙的回饋。

單季比較，成功多多表現更出色，在營業額略增0.4%至8億7033萬3000令吉下，第4季淨利大幅上漲76.51%，由6076萬2000令吉增至1億零724萬9000令吉。

成功多多在文告中說，單季營業額小幅增加，歸因於去年2月營收因農曆新年而增多，至於淨利大起，則是去年同期的派彩率較高關係。

全年而言，成功多多2009財政年營業額上揚的原因在於彩票銷量提高，加上額外開彩日增加，推動全年淨利攀高。

成功多多董事部認為，依目前經濟局勢來看，測字業務展望依然樂觀。

“除非發生意料以外的事件，不然董事部將樂觀看待截至2010年4月30日止財政年的集團表現。”

23rd Nov 2008 marks the 1st anniversary mum left us.

The memory of fighting with cancer for the last 3 months of her life is still crystal clear in my mind.

Mum, we can't tell how much we missed you. I know dad is still trying to survive without you after a year now, little Daniel missed the fun time with you and Joey hasn't got a chance to even know you better, Victor has to suffer without you.

Dearest Family and Friends, thank you for all your support during the tough time fighting with the disease and the recovery period. Your friendly gestures have touched us and encouraged us to live even better today. May God's blessing poured onto you and running over your cup.
